Privacy Policy
Effective July 24, 2026 · Allinners LLC
QS Calls ("QS Calls", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Allinners LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates (Office 10, Level 1, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE — PO Box 487177). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the QS Calls web dashboard and Android application, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
QS Calls is a business tool: sales teams use it to log calls made from their own phone numbers (SIM-based calling, not internet/VoIP calling) and, optionally, sync that activity to their own CRM. If your employer or organization has given you access to QS Calls, that organization is typically the data controller for the call and contact data processed through your account, and Allinners LLC acts as the data processor — see our Data Processing Agreement for how that works.
1. Definitions
- Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- User — an individual with a QS Calls account, typically a sales representative, manager, or administrator at a customer organization.
- Contact — a person a User calls or is called by, whose phone number and (where available) name is logged by QS Calls.
- Organization — the company or team account within QS Calls that Users belong to.
2. Information we collect
Account information
Name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), optional phone number, role, and organization name, provided when an account is created or a teammate is invited.
Call activity
When the QS Calls Android app is installed and call tracking is turned on, it logs, for each SIM (regular carrier) call: the contact's phone number, call direction (inbound/ outbound), duration, outcome (answered, missed, busy, no answer, failed), timestamps, and the device model. QS Calls does not place or receive calls itself — it reads this information from the phone's own call log after a normal call, made through your regular dialer or the QS Calls in-app dialer, ends.
Call recordings (optional, off by default)
A User can separately turn on best-effort call recording in the app's settings. When enabled, audio is captured from the phone's microphone during a call and uploaded to QS Calls, associated with that call's log entry. This feature is opt-in, disabled by default, and — because it relies on the device's microphone rather than a dedicated call-recording API (Android has none) — its reliability and the parties captured vary by device and whether speakerphone is used. Where required by local law, Users are responsible for obtaining any consent from the other party to a call before recording it.
Contact information
Phone numbers and, where available (e.g. synced from a connected CRM), the name of the person on the other end of a call.
Device permissions
The Android app requests the following permissions, each tied to a specific feature:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Call log | Read call metadata (number, duration, outcome) after a call ends. |
| Phone state | Detect when a call starts/ends, to time best-effort recording. |
| Contacts | Let you pick a number to call from your phone's address book. |
| Phone (call) | Place a call when you tap "Call" in the app's dialer. |
| Microphone | Only used if you turn on call recording; otherwise never accessed. |
| Notifications | Show the "tracking active" status and missed-call follow-up reminders. |
Technical and usage data
IP address, browser/device type, and session identifiers, collected automatically to secure and operate the service (e.g. to keep you signed in).
3. Legal basis for processing
Where GDPR or a similar law applies, we (or the Organization we process data on behalf of) rely on: performance of a contract (providing the service you or your employer signed up for), legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing abuse), consent (for optional features like call recording), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we use information
- To operate the call-tracking dashboard and mobile app.
- To sync call activity to a CRM (e.g. GoHighLevel) an Organization has connected.
- To authenticate Users and maintain account security.
- To send transactional email (password resets, team invitations).
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To improve reliability and fix bugs.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use call content or contact data for advertising.
5. Sharing information
We share personal data only as needed to run the service:
- Within an Organization — Users with the Admin or Manager role can see their team's call activity.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — if an Organization connects its own GHL account, call activity is written into that Organization's GHL location as conversation entries. This only happens for Organizations that explicitly set up the integration.
- Sub-processors — infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract; see our Data Processing Agreement for the current list.
- Legal requirements — if required to comply with a legal obligation or protect the rights, safety, or property of Allinners LLC, our Users, or others.
6. International data transfers
Allinners LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates. QS Calls' application servers and database are hosted on Railway, with infrastructure located in the Netherlands (European Union). Depending on where you and the people you call are located, and whether an Organization has connected a CRM such as GoHighLevel (a US-based provider), personal data may be transferred between the UAE, the EU, and other countries. Where such transfers involve personal data protected by GDPR or similar frameworks, we rely on the receiving party's own compliance measures (e.g. GHL's own data protection terms) and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Data retention
We retain account and call data for as long as the Organization's account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. An Organization admin can request deletion of specific data or the entire account at any time — see Account Deletion. Call recordings can be deleted individually by an Organization admin from the dashboard.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/ TLS, and access to the dashboard and API is protected by authenticated sessions or Bearer tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a User whose Organization controls your account, please start with your Organization's administrator; if you are a Contact who was called and want your data removed, or if you need help beyond your Organization, contact us using the details below.
10. Children's privacy
QS Calls is a business tool intended for use by adults in a professional context. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. Cookies
The web dashboard uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
