General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") set out the commercial relationship between Allinners LLC, Office 10, Level 1, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE, PO Box 487177 ("Allinners", "we"), and the organization that has been granted access to QS Calls ("Customer", "you"). They apply alongside our Terms of Service, which govern individual Users' day-to-day use of the application; where the two conflict on a commercial matter (billing, contract duration, etc.), these GTC control.
1. General provisions
By registering an Organization account, or by having a User accept an invitation to an Organization account, the Customer agrees to be bound by these GTC. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Right of use
Subject to these GTC and payment of any applicable fees, Allinners grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use QS Calls for the Customer's internal business purposes, for the number of Users agreed at signup or subsequently added.
3. Prerequisites for access
Use of the Service requires a compatible internet-connected device for the dashboard, and an Android device meeting the app's minimum OS version for the mobile app. The Customer is responsible for its own internet connectivity, mobile carrier plan, and device compliance with its own IT/security policies.
4. Accounts and passwords
The Customer's administrator(s) are responsible for managing Organization membership, including inviting, assigning roles to, and removing Users, and for the accuracy of information provided. Allinners is not responsible for losses arising from a Customer's failure to secure its own accounts or credentials.
5. Invoicing and payment
Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, fees are as set out at signup or in a separate order form, invoiced in advance on the agreed billing cycle. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice (30 days if none is stated). Overdue amounts may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
6. Duration and cancellation
These GTC apply for as long as the Customer's Organization account remains active. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for a material breach that is not cured within 14 days of notice. On termination, the Customer's access ends and data is handled as described in our Data Processing Agreement and Account Deletion page.
7. Intellectual property
Allinners retains all intellectual property rights in the Service. The Customer retains all rights in its own data (call metadata, contact data, recordings) submitted to the Service.
8. Data use restrictions
The Customer will only use the Service in compliance with applicable law, including obtaining any consent required to record calls in the jurisdictions where its Users and their contacts are located, and will not use the Service to process personal data of anyone it is not otherwise entitled to contact.
9. Liability and warranty
The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in our Terms of Service apply equally to the Customer's use of the Service under these GTC.
10. Operating hours and maintenance
The Service is generally available at all times, but scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to schedule planned maintenance outside peak business hours where practical.
11. Additional provisions
Governing law: these GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes: subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless mandatory local law applicable to the Customer requires otherwise. Assignment: the Customer may not assign these GTC without our prior written consent; Allinners may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
